Apollo 14 astronaut ALAN SHEPARD iconic signed “Golf Shot” photo on the Moon. Shepard inscribes the photo to his friend and artist “John Runne” who created golf related art. Shepard has written “To John Runne Who ‘Captured’ the moon without going there! Alan Shepard”. Shepard then adds the date he hit the golf ball on the moon “2/6/71”. An excellent and well preserved example of Shepard’s autograph, probably the best signature contrast we’ve ever seen on a golf shot photo!
