Beloved Monarch and Queen of the United Kingdom QUEEN ELIZABETH II one-of-a-kind original letter sent from the "Government House" in Capetown South Africa. Dated 21st of April, 1947 Elizabeth signs simply as "Elizabeth" signifying she was still a princess. She later added an R at the end of her signature when she ascended the thrown signifying Regina, (or "Queen" in Latin). In the letter Elizabeth thanks the Royal Household for gifting her a diamond brooch for her 21st birthday. T
his letter originates from the collection of the Royal Printer who used this letter to create facsimiles to be sent to the Royal Household members.
Here we are offering one of the hand-signed originals which was sent to the Royal printer to create facsimiles/reprints. This document was purchased as part of a larger collection of originals sent by the Royal Family to Messrs Harrison & Sons, the Royal Printer. We obtained the entire collection of the Royal Printers original material. See reference picture. This particular letter was marked "original" in the lower left hand corner by the printer.

Signature has been reviewed by JSA who thoroughly examined the signature to make sure it was hand-signed live ink. JSA LOA included.
