Legendary "Wizard of Menlo Park" and American Inventor THOMAS EDISON important hand-signed "Edison Manufacturing Company" meeting minutes dated March 1, 1911, authenticated and encapsulated by Beckett. Edison boldly signs with "Thos A Edison" umbrella signature.

 
The meeting authorized the transfer and conveyance of all the property and assets of the Edison Manufacturing Company to the newly-formed THOMAS A. EDISON, INCORPORATED.
 
Countersigned by Frank Dyer, Edison's patent attorney; Harry F. Miller, who became Edison's private secretary in 1908; John V. Miller, who was Edison's brother-in-law; And Ernest Berggren, who kept track of Edison's finances.
