Do you offer layaway?
Yes — we offer a layaway option to make collecting more accessible. Our standard structure requires a 20% non-refundable down payment to secure the item, followed by an agreed-upon payment schedule (typically over several months). No interest is charged on layaway balances.

What are the payment options?

We also accept all major credit cards as well as secure payment through PayPal. If you require an alternate payment method or wish to discuss a structured payment plan, please contact us directly, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
What are the shipping options?
We carefully package and ship all items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. While delivery times may vary depending on destination, we make every effort to deliver pieces promptly and at reasonable speeds, using trusted carriers and fully insured shipments. Expedited or international options are available upon request. Please note the vast majority of items we ship will require signature confirmation by the recipient.
Do you ship with insurance?
Yes. Every item we ship is fully covered by our private insurance policy from the moment it leaves our hands until it safely arrives at your door. This ensures complete protection against loss or damage in transit, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
What are the terms of sale?
The Signaturist-Ink has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold. All items are available for your examination on our site prior to purchase. Your purchase signifies that you have examined the items as fully as desired, or that you have chosen not to examine them.
What is the returns and refunds policy?
At the Signaturist-Ink we take the guess work out of authentication. We do our best to provide not only our opinion but the opinion of third-party experts on many of the items we sell.
For autographs this typically means each item we sell has already been reviewed by industry-leading authenticators such as PSA, JSA, BAS, Zarelli Space, and or other reputable sources. The Signaturist-Ink guarantees that every autograph sold will pass AT LEAST one of the above authentication companies or your money back; in most cases that will be the COA or LOA that accompanies the item.
Do you offer opinions on authenticity?
Yes. We are happy to provide free opinions on the authenticity of items, drawing on our many years of experience and expertise in the autograph industry. Please note, however, that these are personal opinions and should not be considered statements of fact or official authentication. The recipient understands and accepts that ultimate responsibility for verification rests with them or a recognized third-party authentication service.
Do you ever work with museums or institutions?
Yes, we’ve provided material for private collections, museums, archives, and exhibitions. We understand the standards required by institutional buyers. You can read about some of the institutions we've worked with in the past in our "About Us" section.
