Shipping policy

At The Signaturist-Ink, we ship all items via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Each item is shipped with full insurance and signature confirmation when appropriate to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your purchase. 

While we do our best to estimate delivery times and ensure prompt shipment, please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address associated with the payment method, and to cancel any orders we deem suspicious or high-risk.

If you require special handling, upgraded shipping, or have questions about delivery options, please contact us prior to purchase, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

For international orders, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to pay any such fees required for successful delivery. We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or returns resulting from unpaid import duties or taxes. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for orders that are not delivered due to the buyer’s failure to pay required customs charges.
