He has recieved and returned his best thanks to Her Ladyship for the Diary of the Church in the Village of Waterloo in the Netherlannds which she has been so kind to send the Duke.
Please note: The line on the address panel that reads "WB Letter of D Wellington" is not handwritten or signed by him - the letter itself is signed twice as "The Duke of Wellington" & "The Duke".
