Here is an excellent signed copy of Houdini’s book “The Unmasking of Robert-Houdin” with a lengthy inscription and exceptionally desirable signature from the magician as “Harry Handcuff Houdini”. Houdini writes "To Miss Henriette Ankers With Best Wishes of the Author Harry Handcuff Houdini August 9/1910.
Houdini was upset that the widow of his idol and namesake Robert-Houdin did not want to meet him. As a revenge Harry Houdini wrote The Unmasking of Robert-Houdin, in which Houdini tries to push Robert-Houdin from his pedestal.
