JIMMY HOFFA Autograph Cut Signature Signed TEAMSTERS 1963 * PSA/DNA

Vanished Teamsters Union Labor Leader JAMES R. "JIMMY" HOFFA autograph cut signature signed on a scrap of paper in black ballpoint pen as "James R. Hoffa". The cut is annotated to indicate (presumably in the hand of the autograph seeker), that the signature was obtained from Hoffa, "Just before getting on National Flt 8R - Miami Fla 3-30-63."

Hoffa maintained a residence in South Florida, using Miami Beach frequently as a hub for Teamster conventions and meetings during this era where he managed union business. 

Jimmy Hoffa was powerful American labor union leader who served as President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) from 1975 to 1971. He significantly grew the union and negotiated landmark labor agreements, bu was also deeply involved with organized crime and convicted of jury tampering. Hoffa vanished under mysterious circumstances in 1975, and is presumed murdered.
