Founding Father, fiery Revolutionary orator, and first Governor of Virginia PATRICK HENRY scarce signed Virginia land grant remnant, on vellum, bearing Henry’s partial signature at lower right as Governor. Featuring the original embossed wax-and-paper Commonwealth seal still affixed at lower left. The document bestows land to "George Pope" who appears to have been granted land in Jefferson County, VA. 

The document condition is noted as damaged. As such, this item is priced accordingly. An excellent opportunity to obtain a genuine Henry at a fraction of the cost of a full document.
