President RICHARD NIXON authentic autograph Apollo 11 Lunar Plaque souvenir in PSA/DNA proprietary sonically-sealed encapsulate. The printed lunar plaque is boldly signed along top edge Richard Nixon in blue fountain pen ink. The commemorative imprint features the facsimile signatures of crew members Armstrong, Collins and Aldrin. 

The souvenir print was originally part of a blank page signed by Nixon with the print of the lunar plaque added at a later date. Nixon was Commander-in-Chief during six successful Apollo lunar missions (Apollo 11 through Apollo 17), famously placing a "long distance" phone call to Armstrong and Aldrin on the moon during Apollo 11.


The plaque which the Apollo 11 astronauts left on the moon in commemoration of the historic lunar landing mission was attached to the ladder on the landing gear strut on the descent stage of the Apollo 11 Lunar Module (LM). The plaque says: "Here men from the planet Earth first set foot upon the moon July, 1969 A.D. We came in peace for all mankind."
