Stevie inscribes, "To Dave, Stevie Ray Vaughan" with an excellent bold black marker signature between both Shannon and Layton who have each inscribed "To Dave" as well.

TEXAS FLOOD was the stunning debut studio album from American blues rock group Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, released in June 1983. The album featured the hit singles, "Pride and Joy" and "Love Struck Baby". On December 21, 2020, it was announced that the album was a 2021 inductee into the Grammy Hall of Fame in recognition of its historical significance.

Double Trouble was an American blues rock band from Austin, Texas, which served as the backing band for singer-guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan. The group was active throughout the 1980s and contributed to reviving blues music, touring extensively around the world until August 1990, when Vaughan was killed in a helicopter crash at the age of 35.
