The APOLLO 13 40th Anniversary event was held at the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center in Hutchinson, KS on April 17, 2010, presented by the Smithsonian Institution Affiliations Program. Haise and Lovell, the two surviving astronauts, peered inside Odyssey, the Apollo 13 Command Module housed at the cosmosphere. Notably, it was the first time Haise had seen it since he got out of it in 1970.
