Harrison served as President from 1889 to 1893. Constructed between 1792 and 1800, the White House's official title from 1818 to 1901 was the Executive Mansion; The name was changed by executive order to the White House in 1901. It was during the Chester Arthur administration that the Executive Mansion / White House engravings first appeared and became popular collectibles.
