32nd President of the United States FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT hand-signed 1929 partial document as Governor of New York. The cut features a handsome State of New York gold foil seal as well as the authentic full signature of FDR. 

Roosevelt signed this document May 31st, 1929 in the wake of his political comeback after having spent nine years out of politics. Just five months after FDR signed this document the Great Depression began which ultimately served as the catalyst for his Presidential election run. A truly fascinating piece of American history.
