33rd President of the United States HARRY TRUMAN massive 16" x 20" photograph almost certainly signed as President. The image dates from December 5th, 1947 and pictures Truman showing off his submarine tie clasp which he was given after visiting a U-2513 submarine in Key West, Florida and being certified as a qualified submariner. Truman inscribes the photograph "To Jack Alpia" and signs with a handsome full signature.
