Legendary 35th President of the United States JOHN F. KENNEDY authentic GEM MINT 10 autograph letter on Congressional letterhead dated June 21, 1951. Fantastic, bold textbook example of JFK's Congressional signature at conclusion. This is the ONLY full signature example in GEM MINT 10 condition we have been able to locate after a search of publicly offered examples! JFK responds to an inquiry from William F. Kelly, his friend and an East Boston ward political figure, on behalf of a local constituent concerned about his son stationed overseas in Germany. JFK advises that he has taken the matter up with the Department of the Army and will follow up directly with the constituent once the Army has responded.

Interestingly, it was also just one month earlier that the dashing young Congressman Kennedy had first been introduced to Jacqueline Bouvier, a journalist and the "Inquiring Camera Girl" for the Washington Times-Herald, at a dinner party in Georgetown arranged by journalist George Bartlett.
