$2,250.00

Guaranteed Authentic

Legendary The BEATLES Singer-Songwriter PAUL MCCARTNEY rare, authentic and undated vintage autograph album page. McCartney signs the light blue page with his rare, full signature in black ink pen.

The McCartney signature is backed by a signature from Griff West, saxophonist of Sounds Incorporated, a British instrumental pop/rock group which recorded extensively in the 1960s and toured as the Beatles opening act for a July, 1964 Hong Kong concert as well as the legendary August 1965 Shea Stadium concert. The Beatles even invited West to be in the saxophone section on their track, "Good Morning, Good Morning" from the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album.

McCartney, like his former bandmate Ringo Starr, has since revealed that after more than 60 years of international superstardom he has stopped signing autographs or posing for pictures with fans. Previously, he had been signing simply, "Paul" – making full signatures both scarce, collectible and desirable.

The McCartney album page has been encapsulated inside PSA/DNA's proprietary sonically-sealed slab. CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC BY PSA/DNA EXPERT EXAMINATION. PSA/DNA is considered the industry standard in autograph authentication. UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC.

Condition is as shown on vintage blue paperstock. Irregular edge with some paper loss to right where the page was removed from the autograph album. album page measures appx. 4" x 4.5". Stray black pen mark above McCartney signature likely to ensure pen functionality. Encapsulate measures approx 6.5" x 10", as shown. Pencil notations on the Griff West side in unknown hand.
