Legendary 26th President of the United States THEODORE ROOSEVELT authentic, unsigned handwritten envelope address panel dated August 9 to "Master Chester T. Barton / Croydon / N.H."

The Roslyn, NY postmark indicates that this envelope almost certainly originated from Roosevelt's beloved Sagamore Hill estate, in Oyster Bay. From 1885 until his death in 1919, the 83-acre estate served as his home as well as his "Summer White House" during his presidency.

Also known as "Teddy", or "T.R.", Roosevelt was the President of the United States from 1901 to 1909; Roosevelt was previously involved in New York politics including serving as the state's 33rd Governor for  two years. 

The Roosevelt handwritten address panel has been thoroughly reviewed and CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC by PSA/DNA Authentication Services expert examination, and has been slabbed inside PSA/DNA's proprietary sonically-sealed encapsulate. UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED GENUINE.
