25th President of the United States WILLIAM MCKINLEY authentic, hand-signed autograph "OUR PRESIDENTS" booklet, featuring Presidential biographies and printed signatures within. McKinley signs on the cover for a family member as, "Your Uncle, W McKinley". The popular former Governor of Ohio was then the 1896 Republican Party's nominee, and subsequent President. Also included inside the booklet is an excerpt of the Oath of Office, making this effectively the only signed version of the Oath of Office we have ever seen from McKinley. 

We have never come across a similar piece before. A rare and remarkable association piece of McKinley's unfulfilled Presidency – the third American President to be assassinated in office. Notably, the booklet includes mentions of the assassinations of McKinley's predecessors, Abraham Lincoln in 1865 and James A. Garfield in 1881.

Booklet measures appx. 3" x 5.25", with condition issues, as shown, consistent with age, wear and handling. Dirt, smudges, stains, tape remnants, some minor creasing to covers. McKinley's signature remains bold and clear. Single binding staple has rusted, but interior pages are in good condition.
