WINSTON CHURCHILL ENDORSED BANK CHECK – SIGNED BY THE ICONIC BRITISH PRIME MINISTER

Bank check endorsed on the reverse by legendary British statesman and UK Prime Minister WINSTON CHURCHILL. The check, drawn from The Yorkshire Penny Bank Limited in Bradford and dated 1948, is made payable to Churchill for £1 and endorsed on the back in his distinctive hand as "W.S. Churchill." 

It seems the check was likely made in order to pay for tickets to a dinner with Winston Churchill. In the past Churchill had charged the meager sum of one pound one shilling for tickets to a charity dinner with him. 

The Churchill signature has been thoroughly examined and CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC BY PSA/DNA EXPERT EXAMINATION and is elegantly preserved and presented inside PSA/DNA’s sonically-sealed, tamper-evident holder. UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED GENUINE.

Condition is as shown with typical wear, bank cancellation, and toning, consistent with age, use and handling. Check measures appx. 3" x 5.75", encased in a PSA slab measuring appx. 4.5" x 9.5" overall.
